We kicked off Women's History Month by announcing a new partnership with Women @ ESPN. In an effort to provide exposure to more diverse roles in sports, we teamed up to expand our mentor program

In February, we partnered with the University of San Francisco's Sport Management Master's Program in order to provide resources to their students.

In September, empowHERed hosted a golf clinic at Ed Oliver Golf Club, offering instruction on driving, chipping, and putting, followed by lunch and talks from special guests on navigating male-dominated fields.

On March 21, we co-hosted a Leadership Development Summit with the Philadelphia Union at Subaru Park. With programming centered around becoming your best self, the day included a panel, personal branding seminar, and workshop designed to build confidence.
